Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a QA & Customer Complaint Section Head for our East Java manufacturing client to lead outgoing quality inspections and manage customer complaints, ensuring finished products meet specifications prior to shipment.

You will collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality teams, strengthen QMS such as ISO 9001/14001, and drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement to raise customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• D3 graduates with manufacturing experience may apply.
• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC within manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead outgoing quality inspections of finished products before shipment.
• Ensure AQL sampling methods and inspection standards are followed.
• Verify finished products meet internal specs and customer requirements.
• Manage customer complaints with investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA actions.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) including ISO 9001/ISO 14001.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Outgoing Quality & Customer Complaint team.
• Prepare quality reports, analyses, and management updates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve concerns promptly.
