Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri is seeking a Retail Assistant Daily Worker to join our Sumatera Selatan team and support frontline sales for outdoor products.

You will greet customers, identify needs, and guide product recommendations to ensure satisfaction and drive store performance. Immediate joining is preferred, with a bias toward candidates near EIGER Stores across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales/marketing (SPG/SPB) is a plus.
• Customer oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domicile near the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. Explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
