Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to be on the frontline of selling outdoor gear and providing experiential customer service at our store.

You will act as an advisor, understand customer needs, explain product features and materials, and guide the end-to-end selling process from product arrival to customer purchase. Immediate joiners preferred, with willingness to work shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domiciled near the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. Explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
