Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri seeks a Retail Assistant to be at the frontline of selling outdoor products. You will understand customer needs and provide product recommendations to match adventures, delivering experiential service at the store.

You will also explain product features, materials, and care, and participate in end-to-end selling activities from arrival to customer delivery, in a target-driven, shift-based environment with holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB).
• Customer Oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
