PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA in Jakarta is seeking a customer service specialist to carry out outgoing calls to TPI drivers using the XCally system, remind daily rent obligations to Dax, and invite drivers to training sessions. A D3 diploma and at least 1 year in customer service are required; fresh graduates with related skills are welcome. Six-day work week applies.

On-site position in Central Jakarta, joining a dynamic manpower services team to engage drivers for compliance and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

Minimum education D3.
Experience as customer service for minimum 1 year.
Fresh graduates welcome with related skill set.

Responsibilities

Carry out outgoing call activities to all TPI drivers according to company needs (with the support of the XCally motion system).
Remind and emphasize the obligation to pay rent every day to Dax.
Invite Dax to join the training over the phone.
Will be assigned to work 6 days in a week.
