• Monitor registration, replacement, and resignation of drivers.
• Ensure drivers and vehicles are ready to operate in the specified work area.
• Issue instructions and make decisions for drivers.
• Prepare operational reports and evaluations for the client regarding vehicle and driver status.
• Coordinate each time to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints related to product delivery and transportation issues.
