Job summary

Icon Host Bali is seeking a confident Outbound Sales Representative to contact potential clients in Bali and introduce our property management services. You will call property owners and villa managers, present our offerings, and identify interested prospects while handling initial objections in a professional manner.

This is a part-time opportunity with company-provided contact lists and instructions. Calls are paid at IDR 20,000 per call, with an additional IDR 100,000 if a lead joins and

Icon Host Bali is a professional property management company operating in Bali since 2017. We currently manage over 200 properties across the island.

We are looking for a confident, professional, and communicative Outbound Sales Representative to contact potential clients and introduce our property management services.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in Bali.
• Introduce our company and explain the services we offer.
• Communicate with property owners, villa managers, and other potential clients.
• Identify clients who may be interested in our services.
• Answer basic questions and handle initial objections professionally.
• Record call results and report them to our team.
• Forward interested clients to our management team for further discussion.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, clear, and natural speaking skills.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or a similar field.
• Ability to communicate professionally and build trust over the phone.
• Responsible, organized, and self-motivated.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good English communication skills are a strong advantage.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
