Qualifications

Icon Host Bali is a professional property management company operating in Bali since 2017. We manage properties across the island and help guests enjoy comfortable and memorable stays.

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and communicative Guest Relations Representative to welcome our guests, build positive relationships with them, and introduce our tour packages and activities in Bali.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome guests at the airport and accompany them during scheduled transfers in coordination with our drivers.

Build friendly relationships with guests through natural and engaging conversations.

Introduce and recommend tour packages and activities offered by Icon Host Bali based on guests' interests, using a friendly and non-pushy approach.

Arrange and attend breakfast meetings with guests to present tour options and encourage bookings.

Coordinate transfer arrangements and schedules with drivers.

Assist with guest-related arrangements and operational coordination as needed.

Important

This role combines guest relations and tour sales. Rather than aggressively promoting tours, you are expected to build rapport with guests first and naturally recommend relevant tour packages based on their interests.

Requirements

What We Offer

Fixed monthly salary of IDR 3,500,000.

Working Schedule

This is a flexible, part-time position based on scheduled guest transfers and breakfast meetings.

The company typically arranges 20-40 airport transfers per month. Breakfast meetings with guests are expected approximately 3-4 times per week.

Schedules may vary depending on guest arrivals and operational needs, including early-morning assignments. Late-night airport transfers are not expected.
