Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Sales professional in Makassar to promote joint replacement solutions, including hip, knee, and robotic systems. The role blends clinical support, sales execution, and operating room assistance to drive adoption and growth.

You will collaborate with surgeons, hospital admins, distributors, and internal stakeholders to achieve strong clinical and commercial outcomes. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedics preferred).
• English proficiency and OR support experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in operating rooms and travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow market share in assigned accounts.
• Account management: acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Become a SME of company's products to support surgery and customer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute educational programs and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit timely business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations in all commercial activities.
