Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology is seeking an Organizational Development Intern to help design organization structures and ensure role clarity. You will conduct job analyses, assist in creating job descriptions, and support job evaluations.

The role emphasizes data collection, analysis, and collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to drive development initiatives, with placement in Karawaci, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s Degree (S2) in Psychology or Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
• Strong interest in Organizational Development and HR strategy areas.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent interviewing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting job analysis through interviews, questionnaires, and document reviews.
• Support the development, review, and standardization of job descriptions across functions.
• Assist in job evaluation activities and maintain documentation.
• Collect, organize, and analyze job-related data to support org structure reviews.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to gather information for development initiatives.
• Provide administrative and project support for organization design initiatives.
