Job summary

PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia is seeking a senior engineer to lead multidiscipline teams in upstream facilities projects, focusing on inspection, certification, maintenance and asset integrity. The role requires a strong construction engineering background, yard leadership, and experience with FAT and SAT; preferred certifications in welding, NDT, painting or lifting; international exposure desirable.

The successful candidate will contribute to brownfield and ORF projects and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 15+ years in area production facility inspection, certification, maintenance and asset integrity management.
• 10 years supervisory experience in multidiscipline engineering in upstream oil and gas facilities.
• Experience with FAT and SAT activities.
• Welding, NDT, painting, or lifting background preferred.
• International or local certification/training in welding, NDT, painting, or lifting preferred.
• Experience in ORF facilities and brownfield projects preferred.
• Strong construction engineering background with demonstrable yard leadership.

Education

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural or Subsea Engineering

Job description

• a) Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural or Subsea Engineering from University.
• b) Min 15 years working experience in area production facility inspection, certification, maintenance and repair, asset integrity management; construction and Installation, the experience gained shall be in a similar role and the candidate shall have a strong construction engineering background and have demonstrable yard leadership skills.
• c) 10 years supervisory experiences in multidiscipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.
• d) Experience with FAT and SAT activity.
• e) Having additional background and experience in welding, NDT, painting, or lifting are preferable.
• f) Having international or local certification/training in welding, NDT, painting, or lifting such as CSWIP, IWE, BGAS, NACE, LEEA, ASNT or other organization are preferable.
• g) Having experience working in ORF facilities and brownfield project are preferable.
