Ops Reporting & Performance Analyst

Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, and Lewiston offices. As a member of the Data Analytics team, our ORPAs manage and report on operations metrics, perform technical and analytical support, drive process improvements, and lead continuous improvement efforts aligned with divisional and corporate goals – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; or 4+ years of equivalent work experience

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate’s work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.

• Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho:The expected hiring range is$73,500 - $94,500, the full salary range is$65,000 - $107,000 and the bonus target is10%.

• North Dakota:The expected hiring range is$68,673 - $86,588 and the full salary range is$59,716 - $95,546.
