Portcities is seeking a hands-on Business Operations Manager to work closely with the CEO, fixing bottlenecks, managing post-merger integrations, and improving data use. You will design processes, implement them in internal systems, and ensure adoption across teams.
The role covers BI reporting (Metabase), KPI analysis, and cross-branch process automation using Odoo, with a focus on operational excellence and growth.
We are a leading global Odoo implementation partner with operations across 8 countries and $10M in revenue. We are growing fast, acquiring other partners, and scaling our operations. We need someone to make sure our internal engine runs perfectly.
