Job summary

PT. Softex Indonesia is seeking an Operational Excellence Data Analyst to support the Value Stream and Digitalization of the Supply Chain. The role focuses on developing data analysis and visualization infrastructure across the entire supply chain, including dashboards and reports to track performance.

You will collect and share best practices, support OPEX cycles, and implement data-driven improvements. Collaboration with global teams and adoption of new digital tools will be key in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Strong ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
• Experience with process mapping and SOP development.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current supply chain processes.
• Create dashboards and reports depicting Supply Chain performance (Power BI, Tableau).
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements across the supply chain.
• Develop visual tools to support new and existing processes.
• Support data analysis for OPEX cycles and continuous improvement.
• Adopt new technologies for digitalization and data resources for cost saving.
