Job summary

PT. Softex Indonesia is seeking an Operational Excellence Data Analyst to support the Value Stream and Digitalization of the Supply Chain. The role focuses on developing data analysis and visualization infrastructure across the entire supply chain, including dashboards and reports to track performance.

You will collect and share best practices, support OPEX cycles, and implement data-driven improvements. Collaboration with global teams and adoption of new digital tools will be key in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Strong ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
• Experience with process mapping and SOP development.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current supply chain processes.

Operational Excellence Data Analyst supports the Value Stream & Digitalization of Supply Chain Team, the position expected to support data visualization infrastructure across the entire supply chain process by developing and providing data analysis.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Performance Management

• Analyse current supply chain processes
• Create dashboard and report that depict Supply Chain performance (Power BI, Tableu etc)
• Identify process inefficiencies across the supply chain.
• Analyse system deficiencies and recommend changes for improved performance.
• Develop visual tools that support existing and/or new processes.
• Collecting and sharing best practices across KC global business unit/ country.
• Supporting data analysis for OPEX Cycle
• Visual management and standardizing Leader standard work (LSW)
• Introduce and utilize statistical tools to support daily process.
• Optimize and automate daily process across Supply Chain.
• Manage daily operational needs for Supply Chain Operational review
• Adoption of new technology for digitalization program to support overall performance effectiveness.
• Enabling data resources for Continuous Improvement activity supporting Cost saving program
• Integrate supply chain report for daily operational.

People Management

• Develop playbook and assist with training where required for data visualization and analysis.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for new and/or improved processes.
• Aligning people development program with Supply Chain Academy
• Motivate and empower team through positive attitude and stimulate transformation.
• Build a community of data visualization and sharing knowledge

Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)

• Take responsibility for providing and managing work environment safe and without risk to health by ensuring EHS policy, procedure, induction, training and work instruction are followed.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or Data Science or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics, including the ability to analyse and synthesize data across multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, and standard operating procedure (SOP) development.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes and functions
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, one-on-one and in groups
• Must be highly organized self-starter and proficient in use of PC/MS office suite (specifically in MS Excel and/or SQL) or data tabulation software (e.g. Power BI, Power App)
• Ability to link and articulate process change to multiple levels within the organization as well as customer group.
• Ability to understand integration of complex business applications with demonstrable project/customer focused accomplishments.
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
