Job summary

Digital Edge DC is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations Support to coordinate day-to-day operational readiness at the CGK Campus and oversee warehouse, security, and governance processes. You will drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in data center operations or facilities management, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong English skills and vendor management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations or facilities management.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational support activities for readiness and reliable service delivery.
• Support customer fit-out, implementation, service acceptance, and handover activities.
• Coordinate incident response support across the service lifecycle.
