CBRE Data Centre Solutions (DCS) is recruiting a Critical Facilities Manager to lead the on-site Data Centre Critical Environment Operations team in a 24/7/365 setting, delivering FM services to the client and maintaining strong relationships with the local account. You will drive performance to meet KPIs and SLAs in the contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, FM or a related field.
• 5–8 years in critical facilities or data centres.
• Experience with UPS, generators, electrical distribution, cooling, and BMS.
• Strong leadership, English and Thai communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the on-site CF Operations team.
• Manage contractual KPIs, SLAs and client relationships.
• Plan maintenance, manage budgets, and report on site performance.
• Ensure health, safety and CBRE policies across site and subcontractors.
• Lead cross-site coordination with global peers for consistency across accounts.
