Job summary

Kredivo is seeking a Process Improvement Executive to drive initiatives that enhance performance and optimize operations within Customer Service. You will analyze processes, collect data, and lead cross-functional improvements across departments and with 3rd parties to boost efficiency and outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related fields with 2–3 years in process improvement, preferably in fintech or e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of Process Improvement or related experience.
• Experience in fintech or e-commerce service operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis and mapping (Draw.io).
• Hands-on root cause analysis and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze operational data to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Assist and coordinate with related parties in designing an effective and efficient workflow.
• Proactively monitor and report the progress of deliverables to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Team, and other stakeholders to implement process changes.
