Job summary

Join L’Oréal’s 12-month rotational program in our Bekasi plant to accelerate your path to leadership in Operations. You will undertake hands-on rotations, drive continuous improvement using Industry 4.0 tech, and learn through masterclasses while receiving mentorship from senior leaders.

We seek engineering graduates with up to 2 years of experience, a GPA of 3.00/4.00, and a strong English proficiency coupled with an entrepreneurial, analytical mindset and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across the plant for up to 12 months to learn operations.
