Job summary

We seek engineering graduates with up to 2 years of experience, a GPA of 3.00/4.00, and a strong English proficiency coupled with an entrepreneurial, analytical mindset and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with max 2 years work experience.
• GPA 3.00 / 4.00 (or equivalent).
• Fluent English speaker with leadership potential.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with analytical and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across the plant for up to 12 months to learn operations.
• Lead improvement projects utilizing Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Participate in technical masterclasses and functional skill-building.
• Engage with senior leaders through coaching and mentorship.
