Job summary

Join L'Oréal in Indonesia for a 12-month accelerated rotational program in Operations, designed to fast-track you toward a future leadership role. You will rotate across plant operations, participate in technical masterclasses, and receive mentorship with senior leaders to develop robust management and problem-solving skills.

We seek engineering graduates with up to 2 years of experience, a GPA of 3.0/4.0, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00 (or equivalent).
• Fluent English speaker with high potential in leadership and management.
• An entrepreneurial spirit paired with analytical skills and creative problem-solving.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operational Rotations: Experience hands-on rotations.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead concrete optimization projects utilizing Industry 4.0 technology.
