Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or recent graduates with a degree or diploma.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across key functions and business units in different locations through 12-month rotation assignments.
• Take on a specific role, lead projects and build expertise for the future through a 12-month individual development plan.
• Participate in orientation to understand Top Form Group culture and the programme.
• Develop capabilities required to progress into supervisory and assistant manager roles.
