Jangjo Indonesia is seeking a full-time Operations Lead based in Jakarta. You will oversee our client-site operations, act as the main contact for housing communities and commercial buildings, and ensure we deliver the service promised.

You will coordinate with our facility and field teams, onboard new clients, send regular service reports, and educate clients on effective waste segregation. Expect regular site visits across Jakarta and non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, operations, or site supervision.
• Organizational experience leading teams, communities, or events.
• Confident speaking in public and running sessions for groups.
• Willing to work irregular hours and travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client-site operations and be the main point of contact.
• Handle questions and complaints and coordinate with facility/field teams.
• Onboard new clients and send regular service reports.
• Educate clients on waste segregation and run briefings/sessions.
• Conduct site visits across Jakarta, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
