Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, construction, project management, or related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing field operations.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations across all units/locations per SOPs, targets, and timelines.
• Develop operational plans and monitor execution and target achievement.
• Direct and evaluate the performance of the operational team.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues directly.
• Control manpower, costs, materials, and other operational needs.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare evaluation reports and present improvement recommendations to Management.
