Job summary

Jangjo Indonesia is seeking a full-time on-site Facility Manager in Jakarta to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, lead the facility team, and manage maintenance, procurement, and vendor relations. Experience in waste management, manufacturing, or logistics with a strong background in K3/EHS standards is preferred, along with budgeting and leadership skills to stay close to

Qualifications

• Experience managing facility or site operations, ideally in waste management, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental (K3/EHS) standards.
• Able to lead a field team and stay close to the work on the ground.
• Comfortable with budgets, vendor negotiation, and using data to make decisions.

Responsibilities
