Philip Morris Indonesia is seeking an Operations Intern in Environment, Health, and Safety to support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes data collection, analysis, and clear communication with stakeholders across teams.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, a solid GPA, and a customer-first mindset who can translate data into actionable insights in English.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student (7th/8th semester) with at least a 3.00/4.00 GPA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of basic K3/EHS principles.
• Data-driven with a customer-first mindset and ability to understand diverse client needs.
• Strong data analytics, communication, and English skills.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting EHS audit activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assisting in conducting risk assessments and tracking corrective actions.
• Monitoring project progress and coordinating follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Creating visual communication materials such as presentations and infographics.
• Maintaining project documentation and supporting audit readiness efforts.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 at the bachelor’s degree level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of the basic principles of K3/EHS.
• Customer-first mindset: data-driven and passionate about understanding diverse clients’ or groups’ needs.
• Strong data analytical, communication, and English skills.
