PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is offering an Environment, Health, and Safety Operations Internship Program. You will join a team where you can develop and contribute by delivering an internship project focused on quality and compliance.

Based in Kraksaan, East Java, Indonesia, this 6-month internship provides hands-on exposure to EHS audits, risk assessments, data collection, and stakeholder coordination, while strengthening your Excel, PowerPoint, and English skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in 7th or 8th semester with GPA at least 3.0/4.0.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understand basic principles of K3/EHS.
• Customer-first mindset, data-driven, and able to understand diverse clients'/groups' needs.
• Strong data analytics, communication, and English skills.

Responsabilités

• Support EHS audit activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in risk assessments and tracking corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Create visual communication materials such as presentations and infographics.
• Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness efforts.

We are seeking for bright university students to join our Operations Internship Program - Environment, Health, and Safety. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific internship project.

This role supports operational excellence initiatives by strengthening documentation quality, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination. You will contribute to preparations for key stakeholder forums and quality audits while gaining hands-on experience in quality management systems, compliance, and continuous improvement

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

• Support EHS audit activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and tracking corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Create visual communication materials such as presentations and infographics.
• Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness efforts.

Who We're Looking For

• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 with an educational level of bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanhd the basic principles of K3/EHS
• Customer-first minded: act data-driven and passionate in understanding diverse clients'/groups' needs
• Strong data analytical, communication, and English skills

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Location: Kraksaan, East Java, Indonesia
• Duration: 6 months
