Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Psychology, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations support, administration, recruitment operations, talent acquisition, freelancer/vendor management, or related roles.
• Experience managing freelancers, contractors, vendors, or recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Comfortable working with international teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and support business projects.
• Manage freelancer and vendor coordination, including onboarding, documentation, and engagement.
• Support operational reporting, data management, and administrative processes.
• Assist with invoice verification, payment coordination, budget tracking, and expense documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure operational processes are executed effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
