Ensure daily branch operations run efficiently through regular follow-ups and coordination.
Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies.
Execute and monitor operational improvement projects across multiple branches.
Prepare reports and present insights to the management team.
Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, Finance, and other departments to achieve business targets.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business performance reports.
