Job summary

Timedoor Academy in Indonesia is seeking a driven, entry-level Operations/Business Analyst to monitor branch performance and analyze data to support growth across multiple locations.

You will collaborate with Branch Managers and other departments to optimize daily operations, conduct market research, and prepare insights for senior management. This role is based in Denpasar, Bali, with opportunities to impact branch expansion.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business performance reports.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to grow in a dynamic environment.
