Job summary

Timedoor Academy in Indonesia is seeking a driven, entry-level Operations/Business Analyst to monitor branch performance and analyze data to support growth across multiple locations.

You will collaborate with Branch Managers and other departments to optimize daily operations, conduct market research, and prepare insights for senior management. This role is based in Denpasar, Bali, with opportunities to impact branch expansion.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and business performance reports.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to grow in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work in Denpasar, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze branch performance using operational and sales data.
• Work closely with Branch Managers to identify challenges and recommend improvements.
• Ensure daily branch operations run efficiently through regular follow-ups and coordination.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies.
• Execute and monitor operational improvement projects across multiple branches.
• Prepare reports and present insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, Finance, and other departments to achieve business targets.
