Job summary

Monee is seeking a data analytics professional in Jakarta to interpret data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights. You will develop KPIs, create regular reports for stakeholders, and manage analytics projects end-to-end from data extraction to presentation.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and dashboard tool proficiency, with the ability to tell stories through data and deliver clear recommendations for business improvements.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in MIS/Analytics/Reporting.
• Proficient in SQL and dashboard tools (Google Data Studio/Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong numerical and data interpretation skills.
• Detail oriented with adaptability.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards from scratch.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data and analyse results using analytics tools and methods.
• Develop and implement analyses to optimise efficiency and quality.
• Create KPIs aligned with global directives and develop actionable roadmaps.
• Prepare and summarise weekly/monthly operational results for stakeholders.
• Manage full lifecycle of analytics projects from data extraction to execution.
• Evaluate KPIs, provide ongoing reports, and suggest business updates.
