Job summary

USOSL is establishing its first independent risk team in Indonesia. We seek an Enterprise Risk Manager to lead, overseeing business, financial, tech, regulatory, and fraud risk.

You will build the risk process from the ground up, collaborating with departments, AML/KYC, compliance, legal, and internal audit, and reporting to the Commissioner. This hands-on role requires a Bachelor's degree, fintech risk experience, and the ability to influence diverse teams while adhering to OJK rules and global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience building/operating a risk process (risk register/limits).
• Knowledge of financial regulations (OJK).

Role Overview

n Role OverviewOSL is setting up its first independent risk team in Indonesia. We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to lead it. You will look after risk for the whole company, such as business, financial, technology, and regulatory risk, plus fraud risk at a high level. You will work with every department to find risks and manage them. You will report directly to the Commissioner and work closely with our global risk team and with our local compliance, AML, legal, and internal audit teams, so we follow both group standards and OJK rules. This is a hands‑on role. You will build the risk process from the start.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run the company's risk framework, including risk policies, risk limits, and a list of all key risks (the risk register).
• Meet each department regularly to find their risks, and help each team own and manage its own risks.
• Review the risks of new products and projects before they launch.
• Work with the AML/KYC and compliance teams. They handle transaction monitoring and AML controls. You make sure those risks are part of the company's overall risk view.
• Track key risks, follow up on actions, and make sure risks are closed.
• Write clear risk reports for senior management, the Commissioner, and committees.
• Work with internal audit, compliance, and legal to make sure controls work and meet OJK rules.
• Lead the response when incidents or crises happen, and help plan business continuity.
• Help staff understand risk through training and daily advice.
• Follow the global risk team's standards while meeting Indonesia's rules.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of Bachelor's degree in related industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management, with recent experience in a fintech or financial services company.
• Strong experience working with many departments. You can give real examples of influencing teams that do not report to you.
• Experience building or running a risk process, such as a risk register or risk limits.
• Good understanding of OJK rules for financial companies.
• Basic understanding of AML/KYC and financial regulations.
• Good thinking and sound judgment when making risk decisions.
• Good English. Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and the Commissioner.
• Able to work on your own in a fast-changing environment.
