Job summary

PT Jaya Amanah Prima is looking for an experienced professional to lead and oversee operational activities and field projects, ensuring smooth execution, achievement of targets, and effective resolution of operational challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead and ensure operations across all units/locations are executed according to SOPs, targets, and timelines.

Develop operational work plans and monitor execution and target achievement.

Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the operational team.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address operational issues directly.

Control manpower, operational costs, materials, and other operational requirements.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operational execution.

Prepare operational evaluation reports and provide improvement recommendations to Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, construction, project management, or a related field.

Proven experience in leading teams and managing field operations.

Able to manage multiple locations, timelines, manpower, and operational costs.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision making skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Willing to conduct regular visits to operational sites.

Hands on, firm, disciplined, accountable, and able to take ownership of operational issues.

Must have an active SIM A

Willing to work on site and travel to various operational locations as required.

Available to join immediately and not currently serving a notice period.
