We are looking for a FAT Manager to lead and oversee the company’s Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions. This role will ensure accurate financial management, proper reporting, tax compliance, and effective financial controls while supporting the company’s business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee Finance, Accounting, and Tax activities.

Prepare and monitor periodic financial reports.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Oversee tax compliance and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.

Conduct financial analysis to support business and operational decisions.

Establish and improve internal financial controls and procedures.

Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.

Coordinate with management and other departments on financial matters.

Identify financial risks and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience supporting business operations and management decision making.

Minimum atleast 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with managerial or supervisory experience.

Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Good knowledge of applicable tax regulations and accounting standards.

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial systems.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-growing and dynamic company environment.
