Job summary

TUKR is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager in Jakarta to strengthen and continuously improve our bio-feedstock operations. You will lead a small team, establish standards, and drive data-driven improvements across origins, warehouses, and control frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quality Management.
• Min. 6 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience leading improvement initiatives or operational transformation across functions or locations.
• Strong understanding of process improvement, governance, KPI management, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data to actions.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards and management reporting; proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.
• Willingness to travel to origins/warehouses and supplier locations as required.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement across UCO collection, origin, and warehouse operations.
• Develop and prioritize improvement initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, with monitoring and evaluation.
• Establish audit standards and oversee origin/warehouse audits.
• Provide management with an overall view of compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and performance reporting to drive data-driven decisions.
• Ensure safety assessments and actions are executed across the team.
