Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Utility and Facilities within a Pharma manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams.
• Understanding of GMP, safety standards, and compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventive, planned, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs in GMP and safety standards.
• Supervise and perform root cause analysis during equipment breakdowns.
• Monitor and report machine performance (OEE, MTTR, MTBF).
• Manage spare parts and engineering inventory effectively.
• Lead technical improvement projects to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee maintenance of utilities and plant facilities.
• Foster continuous improvement and digitalization across the team.
