Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a leading consumer-sector organisation in Jakarta to hire a Project Management professional. You will lead cross-functional projects, drive NPD execution from concept to launch, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within a multinational manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in PM or CI, with Lean and Kaizen experience, and a degree in engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Industrial/Engineering) is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or CI.
• NPD project experience is preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen experience are highly desirable.
• Experience managing projects in manufacturing or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure delivery of operational and NPD objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and project management practices.
• Coordinate NPD from concept through to commercial launch with relevant functions.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk, and report status.
