goldenagri is seeking a Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement, to lead CI activities at Belawan, Sumatera Utara. You will engage units, sponsor CI projects, and coach local teams to improve unit KPI via lean methods.

Responsibilities include running unit-scale projects, training, monitoring progress, and acting as the key contact for CI initiatives. Full-time placement with focus on continuous improvement and audit/compliance support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Process Engineer or Continuous Improvement professional.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Full-Time position available at Belawan, Sumatera Utara.

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years of working experience as Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement
• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
