Engaging units on CI culture, sponsor on using CI to address unit problem, doing internal training for local team, support and facilitate continuous improvement activities at unit, regular monitoring and follow up (activities and benefit tracking) at unit, run unit scale project and doing coaching, key point of contact at unit, critical success factors: engagement for continuous improvement, improvement on unit KPI through CI, monitor unit and CI skill development, improvement on customer complaints, audit findings and MR, continuous project in the pipeline, regular CI event at national and unit.
