PT Niaga Lautan Sejahtera is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Jakarta to manage customer requirements, support operations, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

You will conduct on-site visits, assist with invoicing, document commercial activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Bachelor, 1-2 years experience, strong English, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field with preference for PR/Communications/Management.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written.
• 1–2 years in customer service, operations, or commercial administration/support.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for inquiries and complaints.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage documentation.
• Willing to conduct customer visits for business development and invoicing when needed.
• Proactive problem solver with ability to coordinate across teams.

Managing customer operational requirements, addressing evolving market needs, and professionally resolving any client complaints

Conducting on-site customer visits to drive business relationship development, handling client entertainment, and facilitating invoice collection processes

Collecting, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all commercial business activities and records

Coordinating with internal departments and cross-functional teams regarding any customer-related matters or inquiries

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from any major, with a preference for Public Relations, Communication, Management, or equivalent fields

Proficient in English, both verbal and written

Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, or commercial administration/support

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries, market needs, and complaints effectively

Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage commercial business documentation

Willing to conduct customer visits for business development, client entertainment, or invoice collections as required

Proactive problem solver, highly adaptable, and capable of seamless internal and external coordination

Computer literate and proficient in standard office productivity software
