The role requires 2-3 years SOP development experience, a minimum Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical thinking for process improvement, with responsibility to review procedures and support implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong logical and systematic thinking to solve complex operational problems.

• Design and draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational functions
• Perform periodic reviews of existing procedures to ensure their relevance and effectiveness in achieving company targets
• Analyze operational constraints and provide recommendations for process improvement
• Maintain an organized operational document filing system, ensuring version control and accessibility
• Assist branch offices and other business units in implementing operational policies and procedures

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SOP development and process management
• Strong logical and systematic thinking to solve complex operational problems
