Job summary

Universal BPR mencari profesional untuk posisi kebijakan & prosedur yang bertanggung jawab mengembangkan, meninjau, dan memperbarui kebijakan serta prosedur bank. Kandidat akan memastikan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan regulasi terkait, sambil berkolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk implementasi kebijakan.

Posisi ini bersifat on-site di South Tangerang, dengan pekerjaan penuh waktu di industri perbankan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Policy & Procedure, Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Familiar with developing and reviewing policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop, review, and update the Bank’s policies and procedures

• Ensure policies and procedures are aligned with business needs and applicable regulations

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support policy and procedure implementation

• Maintain and manage policy and regulatory documentation.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in any major

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Policy & Procedure, Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields

• Familiar with developing and reviewing policies and procedures

• Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
