Job summary

PT Bayu Buana Gemilang (BBG) invites applications for a Maintenance Staff role focused on gas distribution facilities. The position involves monitoring operations, inspecting equipment, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance to keep the network safe and reliable.

You will analyze operational data, troubleshoot issues, prepare activity reports, and coordinate with multiple teams while enforcing SOPs and HSSE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Operation & Maintenance, especially gas/oil & gas.
• Understanding of basic equipment, piping, instrumentation, and gas facility operating systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi and follow HSSE SOPs.

Job description

This role involves operational activities and monitoring of gas distribution facilities, including inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of equipment and gas facilities. You will monitor operational parameters to ensure equipment functions safely and optimally, troubleshoot operational disruptions, and prepare activity and maintenance reports while coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring all work complies with SOPs, technical standards, and HSSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

Carry out operational activities and monitoring of gas distribution facilities

Conduct inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on equipment and gas facilities

Monitor operational parameters and ensure equipment functions safely and optimally

Troubleshoot disruptions to equipment and operational facilities

Prepare reports on operational and maintenance activities

Coordinate with relevant teams in the execution of Operation & Maintenance work

Ensure work is carried out in accordance with SOPs, technical standards, and HSSE requirements

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Gas Engineering, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in Operation & Maintenance, particularly in gas, oil & gas, utilities, or related industries

Understanding of basic equipment, piping, instrumentation, and gas facility operating systems is an advantage

Understanding of K3/HSSE principles and application of SOPs in operational areas

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi
