Job summary

PT Happy Pet Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Operation Executive to support daily business operations, focusing on operational administration, transaction monitoring, data reconciliation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with Finance and Supply Chain. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field and at least two years in Operations or Finance.

Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data sets are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Operations, Finance/Accounting, Finance Administration, or Operational Administration.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIFS, IF.
• Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Handle operational administration and maintain accurate transaction and operational records.
• Perform daily and monthly data reconciliation between operational records, transactions, and supporting documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including transaction summaries and operational cash flow monitoring.
• Review operational data and identify discrepancies, incomplete documentation, or irregularities and follow up with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure transactions and operational processes are properly recorded and aligned with company SOPs.
• Maintain and organize operational documents and supporting records.
• Provide accurate operational data and reports to support management monitoring and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

This position will be responsible for operational administration, transaction monitoring, data reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, and Management. About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Operations, Finance/Accounting, Finance Administration, or Operational Administration.
• Good understanding of basic accounting, transaction recording, reconciliation, and operational administration.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIFS, IF, and basic data analysis.
• Comfortable working with numbers, large amounts of data, and routine reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to identify data discrepancies and follow up with relevant teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and demonstrates high integrity.
