Job summary

Kawalan Sri Setia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operation Executive for an on-site role in Bandar Klang to oversee daily security operations and ensure service quality. You will coordinate guard deployments, manage rosters, monitor attendance, and prepare operational reports.

You will work with clients to tailor security solutions, supervise personnel, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations while supporting incident response and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management or coordination, preferably in security services or related industries.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Effective communication with clients, security personnel and internal teams.
• Problem-solving in incidents, emergencies and operational challenges.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with security monitoring tools is a plus.
• On-site work with flexibility for extended hours when needed.
• Knowledge of security industry practices and regulations is beneficial.
• Diploma or equivalent; supervisory/exec experience in operations is a plus.
