Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking an onsite Technical Support specialist to maintain WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems. You will diagnose network, hardware, software and device issues while ensuring high availability and service levels.

Applicants should have SMK or equivalent and 1–2 years in IT infrastructure or onsite support, with knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP and CCTV systems. Relevant GPS/Locotrack experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum education is SMK, preferably in TKJ, Electronics, Telecommunications or IT.
1–2 years of onsite Technical Support or IT infrastructure experience.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, WiFi/AP, Switch and Router.
Experience with WiFi infrastructure and troubleshooting.
Experience with CCTV systems including NVR/DVR, IP cameras and monitoring.
Experience with PIDS or other display/information systems.
Experience with GPS/Locotrack locomotive or vehicle tracking systems.
Able to respond to incidents per SLA.

Responsibilities

Perform onsite monitoring, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance for WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software and device issues.
Monitor system availability to ensure services run properly.
Handle technical incidents and execute recovery actions per procedures and SLA.
