Job summary

Lintasarta on site maintenance technician role involves monitoring and maintaining WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems. You will troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and device issues to keep services running smoothly.

The job requires SMK-level education with 1–2 years in onsite technical support or related fields, and involves incidents response per SLA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CCTV/NVR/DVR, IP cameras, PIDS, and GPS/Locotrack systems, plus strong

Qualifications

SMK or equivalent education in a relevant field.
1–2 years experience in onsite Technical Support, IT infra, Networking, or electronic systems.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, WiFi/AP, Switches, and Routers.
Knowledge/experience in WiFi infrastructure and troubleshooting.
Knowledge/experience in CCTV systems (camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, monitoring, basic troubleshooting).
Knowledge/experience in Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) or other display/info systems.
Knowledge/experience in GPS/Locotrack or vehicle tracking systems; locomotive/train context preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform onsite monitoring, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance for WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems.
Troubleshoot and identify issues in network connectivity, hardware, software, and device-related problems.
Monitor operational condition and availability of WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack to ensure services run properly.
Handle technical incidents and perform recovery actions per procedures and SLA.
Respond to incidents and provide timely technical support in accordance with SLA.
