Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking an onsite Technical Support specialist in Indonesia to maintain WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems, ensuring services run smoothly and in line with SLA. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, responding quickly to incidents.

The ideal candidate has SMK-level education, 1–2 years of hands-on experience, and solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, WiFi, CCTV, NVR/DVR, and GPS/tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum education (SMK), preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology.
• 1–2 years of onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch, and Router.
• Experience with WiFi infrastructure troubleshooting and CCTV systems (camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP Camera).
• Experience or knowledge in Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) or other display/information systems.
• Knowledge of GPS/tracking or Locotrack locomotive/train systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite monitoring, inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for WiFi infrastructure, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and issue identification for network connectivity, hardware, software, and device-related problems.
• Monitor the operational condition and availability of WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems to ensure services are running properly.
• Handle technical incidents and perform recovery actions in accordance with operational procedures and agreed SLA.
