Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Laboratory Operations Lead to manage quality analysis across the palm oil mill. You will supervise the lab team, ensure accurate testing, calibration, and SOP compliance, and drive improvements in product quality and process efficiency.

You will apply your chemistry and analytical skills to interpret results, implement HSE practices, and coordinate with production teams on site in Indonesia, requiring dedication and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food/Agricultural Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a palm oil mill or related laboratory environment.
• Good knowledge of CPO, kernel, FFB & Loose Fruit quality analysis, and process losses
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be based at the company's operational site

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory operations and ensure accurate and reliable quality analysis
• Monitor and manage the quality of FFB & Loose Fruit, CPO, kernel, and process losses in accordance with company standards
• Ensure laboratory testing, equipment calibration, and documentation comply with established SOPs
• Analyze laboratory results and provide recommendations to improve product quality and process efficiency
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the laboratory team
• Ensure proper implementation of laboratory HSE, housekeeping, and chemical handling procedures
